What Do Screen Printing Services Consist of?

Our professional silk screen printing services start by placing a mesh layer or screen with a stencil of your image over the shirt, then apply ink to the screen. The open stencil area allows the ink to pass through to create your image. There is a separate screen for each color, and a revolving platform will carry the shirt around the wheel to stop at each color station. At each color station ink is liberally applied by a squeegee (rubber scraper) which is used to press the color through, transferring your image on to the garment. Then the platform revolves to the next ink station. This continues until we’ve added all the necessary colors in the design to your t-shirts.
